When your coach says the words “Full Out” you often cringe. You know that you are going to have to give everything you have for the next 2 minutes and 30 seconds. It’s about digging deep, pushing your body to it’s limits and mentally overcoming your physical body. Its about being a leader and being the one who fights to make every stunt hit, pushing through every pass, telling yourself to finish with perfection until the very end. You put your heart and soul into that full out; not to just finish, but to make yourself stronger for the competition. You know this is preparation for a battle and you have to fight now in order to win it. You realize that this is the definition of success.
Little do we realize what full outs really teach us. They teach us what is like to win, what it feels like to lose. They teach us what it’s like to work together and how to be independent. The obstacles that we have to overcome in Full Outs often prepare us for challenges that we later experience in life and teach us lessons that we will never forget.
Take a look at how we’re living full out this season!
